Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and with a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@techoasis.ie. Returns must be sent to the following address: 2 Lower Kilmacud Road, Stillorgan, Co. Dublin, Ireland, A94 XE36. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@techoasis.ie.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective or incorrect items are refunded in full, with no processing fees.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, or gift cards. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to finalize the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@techoasis.ie

Processing Fee

Refunds for cancelled or returned orders (excluding defective or incorrect items) are subject to a 3% non-refundable processing fee to cover payment provider charges.
